Fabric Suggestions: Cotton, Light to medium weight linen, cotton sear sucker, rayon, tencel, Lenzing Modal, light to medium weight knit.
Fabric Required - 115cm/45in: 3-5yrs 145cm/57in, 6-8yrs 170cm/67in, 9-12yrs 205cm/81in.
150cm/60in: 3-5yrs 130cm/51in, 6-8yrs 155cm/61in, 9-12yrs 180cm/71in.
Bias Binding 5cm(2in) width (if using store bought): 3-5yrs 67cm(27in), 6-8yrs 70cm (28in), 9-12yrs 75cm (30in).
Notions: Zip: 21cm (8in) invisible dress zip in the colour of your choice. Thread: colour of your choice, contrasting or matching your fabric.
Pattern Skill Level
Beginner Sewer: This is a great pattern for the beginner sewer or a sewer of any level wanting a quick dress to whip up. The hardest part in the construction of this dress is inserting the invisible zip & attaching the bias binding around the neck & arm holes.
