Fabric Suggestions: Main fabric: Lightweight woven fabrics like modal, silk, chiffon, rayon, polyester, japanese lawn. Fusing: Lightweight. White if you're using light coloured fabrics, black if you're using dark coloured fabrics.
Fabric Required - 115cm/45in: 3-5yrs 165cm/65in, 6-8yrs 250cm/99in, 9-12yrs 265cm/104in.
150cm/60in: 3-5yrs 130cm/51in, 6-8yrs 160cm/63in, 9-12yrs 200cm/79in.
Fusing: 3-5yrs 45cm(18in) x 12cm (5in), 6-8yrs 50cm (20in) x 12cm (5in), 9-12yrs 60cm (24in) x 12cm (5in).
Notions: Fastenings: 5 x snap domes or Buttons (6 for sizes 11 & 12yrs). Thread: Colour of your choice, contrasting or matching your fabric.
Pattern Skill Level
Intermediate Sewer: You'll be tested. This girls dress pattern is a little challenging because of the two plackets & neck tie. I believe nothing is impossible & I'm sure you can crack it if you take your time. It's a dress definitely worth taking on the challenge.
