Baby Romper & Top
This versatile pattern can be sewn as a romper or top. Make the romper for summer, then trim across the top of the leg openings & hem to make a top to be worn over a long sleeve merino for the cooler months.
Fabric & Notions
Fabric Suggestions - Main fabric: lightweight woven fabrics like organic cotton, linen, rayon, japanese lawn, tana lawn, cotton voile, corduroy, denim, tencel, If you would would like to sew this pattern in a knit fabric, I suggest using fusing on each of the front & back yoke pieces & sewing with a walking foot to discourage stretching the fabric.
Fusing: for knit fabrics, cut 1 in front yoke & cut 2 in back yoke pattern pieces. (specific pattern for fusing not included in this pattern).
